Operating internationally, our family business has been producing special products for the industrial sector since 1947. We keep the world’s industries running with our adhesives and sealants, technical sprays and high-performance assembly pastes and greases, which are used in production, repair, maintenance and servicing. Aside from our chemical products, we develop and distribute high-quality stripping tools under the brand name WEICON TOOLS.
Our top priority is to offer our customers the best possible service, to respond to their questions and requests and to be available to them as a point of contact. In every respect, we rely on strong bonds – and this applies to our products, labour relations and business relationships with our customers.
Our management team
Ralph and Ann-Katrin Weidling, Sascha Beilmann and Patrick Jennings – they make up our WEICON management team. Together they share the management tasks and run the family business as a team. While Ralph Weidling and Patrick Jennings mainly deal with sales and product issues, Ann-Katrin Weidling is primarily responsible for marketing, e-commerce and HR. Sascha Beilmann focuses especially on digitalisation and processes.
The family-owned business is now in its fourth generation: Ralph Weidling took over the management from his father over 20 years ago. His daughter Ann-Katrin has been part of the company since 2017 and joined the management team in 2020.

We offer more than 450 special chemical products. This allows us to offer our customers the right products for a wide range of applications in almost all areas of industry. With us, you get everything from a single source! In addition to a large number of adhesives, our product range includes technical sprays and liquids, assembly pastes and high-performance greases as well as our stripping tools, the WEICON TOOLS.

Our WEICON products are available worldwide. We have ten international branches and work with more than 1,200 retail partners in over 120 countries around the world. In this way, we ensure that our customers can use both our products and our extensive range of services regardless of their location.
We travel to many international trade fairs, where we present our products, innovations and our extensive range of services. At these events, we hold detailed conversations with visitors – this inspires ideas for many new developments.

Specialised professionals
In order to offer our customers the best possible advice and exactly the service they need, it is crucial to have well-trained employees. We therefore work closely with the Fraunhofer IFAM in Bremen in the area of further training and education. A large part of our team has completed extensive further training courses in the field of adhesive technology at IFAM.

Our colleagues have extensive expertise, which they are happy to pass on to our customers. Presentations, product training courses or individual training sessions can be requested from us at any time. In addition, there are other tools available for professional support – our Adhesive Finder provides guidance when choosing the right adhesive, our WEICON app provides all available data on our products at any time and our WhatsApp service offers our customers the opportunity to reach us 24/7.

Outstanding service
A comprehensive range of services for our customers is essential for us. The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority: we carry out bonding tests in the laboratory with material samples to ensure the perfect choice of adhesive, offer support by means of training courses or help with the appropriate presentation of products in specialist shops, i.e. through displays and attractive shelves. In addition, we are also happy to provide you with photo or video material and offer our documents in various languages. Many other services can also be found in our Service-Guide.

Commitment to sports
WEICON and sport – that’s a strong bond. We have been sponsoring different sports clubs and events in various areas for many years. At both regional and national level, we sponsor football clubs such as Preußen Münster and Borussia Dortmund. We also support the USC Münster women’s volleyball team, as well as teams and events in the region, including the WEICON TriFinish team, the Münster Marathon and the Ökullus-Lauf.

WEICON Production – customised solutions for our customers
Our WEICON Production plant is located in Schwalmtal on the Lower Rhine. We produce various adhesive systems there in order to offer our customers customised products and to respond flexibly to their individual wishes. In total, we have more than 250 formulations that have been developed for a wide variety of chemical products and are constantly being adapted and improved. Our special products from WEICON Production are used in many areas of industry, such as in the manufacture of pump systems, in waste water technology, in the chemical industry, in mechanical engineering, in the paper industry or in power plants.
